Return or Exchange Policy as follows for Lupine Products Only:

**You must send the packing slip with the package stating the problem and its solution.
Replacement of damaged items under the Lupine Guarantee is best handled between Lupine and the consumer (you). The consumer mails the damaged item directly to Lupine and they will mail the replacement directly back to you.
Any Exchanges for different patterns or sizes, please contact us with instructions. All Exchanges of Products or Patterns must be in New, Unused and Resalable condition.
At this time we only offer Lupine Products in which this is what these policies apply to. We reserve the right to change any policies at any time for any reason.
